This has definitely been a hot topic for the last few years and I haven't really found a great resource on how to set and hold boundaries....until now. I have now discovered "The Book of Boundaries" by Melissa Urban.

In this video, I talk about some of the lessons from this book and how that fits into leadership. It's a bit of a longer video, but it is a good one! So take 10 minutes and listen in on setting boundaries.
